Ember Hotel & Ilariak Eco Lodge sits on a private stretch of the wildlife corridor just outside Nairobi — open plains, acacia shade and big skies, close enough for an easy afternoon drive yet far enough that the only soundtrack after dark is the music and the bush. Days are spent between the plains, the fire and the stage; nights under canvas or in a cottage, with full board throughout.
